I applied for a 461 de facto visa (which would give me unlimited work rights) in February and am currently on a bridging visa. Processing times are up to 24 months and I still have the 6 month restriction.
I have read online this can be lifted if you submit form 1445 with a letter...
My partner and I are applying for the Spousal visa this weekend. He is currently on a WHV which expires in August this year. He is 4 weeks short of reaching his 6-month work for his employer and would really like to continue working there.
With the 1445 Visa it states full time work...
