143 visa - AOS assurer moving overseas
Asking a question on behalf of my partner:
She is her parents' Assurances of Support of their 143 visa - 7th years, 3 to go.
Now she has an opportunity to works overseas for a few years. Which she likely to declare non-resident for tax purpose.
Does her parents require new Assurances of Support?
