Hi there,
Can someone let me know that when your employer's nomination get refused, what can be done? I still have my existing visa(457) in effect which allows me to live here in Australia until mid of next year. I will be waiting for reply.

1. Your employer could apply for AAT review depending on the reason for refusal
2. Your employer could submit a new nomination if they think they'll be more successful in a 2nd attempt
3. You could apply for a different visa if you're eligible for one
4. You can leave Australia when your 457 expires.
