Hi all,

My company has agreed to sponsor me.

I would like for them to nominate me for 186 DE under Labour agreement.

I am onshore on a student visa, and meet Al other requirements.

Am I eligible to apply for 186 since I am on a student visa ?

If you meet the requirements of a 186, then you are good to go. Having an existing Student Visa (as far as I know) does not preclude the issue of a 186. As soon as you 186 is granted, your Student Visa is cancelled. I throw this to the wider forum, student visas can have quirky conditions.
