189 Visa concerns

I have applied for visa subclass 189 in January 2016. My total point score was 70.

I am wondering whether my membership of CPA Australia could qualify as an Australian qualification. I obtained my CPA without writing any exams but based on my professional Accounting qualification wit ACCA.

Should I have included my CPA membership as an Australian qualification? Would that have increased my total point? I have however uploaded my CPA Certificate in my immiaccount. Would that be taken into consideration by my case officer.

On the character side I forgot that 7.5 years ago a fine was imposed on me for a traffic offence so I answered no the the question whether I had been convicted of any offence (regardless of whether it had been taken of the records)

I have subsequently communicated that to the case officer via immiaccount. Hope that was the right thing to do before the outcome is communicated.
