Hello, please could someone give any advice on the following:
I have completed my 1st working holiday visa where I met my Australian boyfriend. Once my visa expired I left Australia and have been travelling with my boyfriend. I now wish to apply for my 2nd working holiday visa and am unsure whether to select that I am in a de facto relationship as we have been travelling together but not technically living together. We will have evidence of hotel bookings and flights but under the technical definition of Immigration I'm not sure this counts as 'de facto'. However, we will wish to apply for a de facto visa when my 2nd working holiday is near expiry. I dont want this to get rejected because I selected single on my application but I also dont want to put de facto and be accused of lying on my application because we do not technically meet their definition of 'de facto'.

If anyone can offer any advice on this it would be greatly appreciated. Would like to get the application done soon.
Thanks
