Hi there.

Me and my Australian girlfriend applied for a 309 while offshore and we are currently 11 months in.
Thing is, I remembered that I might have an unpaind speeding ticket from couple years back when I was in oz with a working holiday visa.
What are my options here? Is it going to look bad when the agent finds that out?

Why not just get it sorted now? You're probably going to have to deal with it eventually anyway. I wouldn't wait around and take the chance with a very expensive visa application.

I have no idea if it affects your partner visa or not but wasn't there a question in your application asking if you owed any debts to the Australian government or public authority or something like that? If you answered no but the answer is yes, then that can probably be an issue as you've supplied false or misleading information. Would be worth some research to see if that debt is considered under that question.
