309 partner visa

I loged my 309 partner visa in 19 july 2016.after that they asked me about my medical and pcc .then my case officer assigned on 12 sept 2017.they asked me about my relationship proof evidence.and i provided 12 month watsap chat call history and 4 statement for family both side .and provided some photos with family .then now there is no information about my visa.can you pleasse tell me how muuch take a time to grant my visa.
