309 timeline in different country other than homecountry?

I'm also interested in this cause I am a Mexican citizien living in China for the last 6 years. I've heard visas in China take a really long time but I wonder if me not being a Chinese citizen i will be put on a separate pile. Unfortunately I'm from a high risk country living in another high risk country :p
