Hi, In July 2017 my application for a 309 visa went through. I applied using an immigration lawyer. My wife has duel citizenship ( Australian and the Uk), as part of the application we also made our 2 children duel citizens too.
I'm very eager to get going, get flights booked and start our life in Oz but still waiting for some reply to my application.
I know online the waiting list is 12 months plus but just wanted to see if anyone else who applied at the same time has had a reply yet?
