Pretty sure we filled this out back in July but now I am second guessing!

I just did a quick search and found this post.

It's from back in 2014, so it could be only slightly out of date, but this quote from Mish gives an answer.

You as the sponsor needs to complete the sponsor for a partner migrating to Australia form (I can't remember the exact name of the title).

You only need to upload the documents once. We just upload the ID documents under the sponsor and everything else is under the applicant.

Just remember there is a 60 file limit as well. This limit came in after ours was approved but I believe that you "might" be able to attach additional documents if you run out under the applicant, though it is best to condense the number of documents if you can ie. all the bank statements in one file.

We forgot it!
We entered the sponsor portion for that originally was requested after my app as applicant was done.
No 40sp.

It happens, man. We didn't do a form 888. We just had Aussie family and friends do stat decs through a JP. Luckily, we didn't submit our application yet, so we got lucky.

Good thing is that the only info they didn’t already have was our living situation to some degree. And of course the signatures!
Otherwise they do possess all the information.
How many stat decs did you do?
We have been married for more than 12 years so we did three combined.
Our file on immi looks untouched thus far but who is to say a CO hasn’t started it.

At least you caught it! Though, I suspect being married 12 years, you've got your fair share of evidence haha.

We have 4 from AU Citizens. Two of those now have to be turned into Form 888. I'm having a helluva time getting PDF to format properly. It won't let me evenly type in the lines. I want to figure it out before I send it back to the Mrs' Mum and Brother.

Yeah, fingers crossed and be positive! Someone could be looking at it right now.

The online sponsorship application is the online version of the 40SP form. It is not necessary to fill out the 40SP form and upload separately.

Eh... is it the converting part or fillable part you are struggling with?

I was sort of wondering.
But at the same time we did not answer a question related to how many bedrooms our dwelling has let alone the type or number of people residing there.
So i questioned it.
Should I get dh to sign anyhoo and upload it?

The online and paper versions of the form are slightly different. We just did the online sponsorship form and my husband's visa was approved.
From what I remember you have a straightforward case, so I wouldn't bother with it to be honest.

You should only be doing the online version now. The sponsor creates a new application in immi account as sponsor and that is the 40SP.
