My girlfriend applied for her visa back in early December and got a reply in January requesting for more information. She sent off her payslips, bank statements, information etc and still has not heard back nearly 3 months later. Its very frustrating how long the process is taking and I was just wondering if anyone else has been in this situation and how long it took? It just seems like such a ridiculous situation seeing as she went through 4-5 months of crap work to get it.
Also - we want to go on holiday so was considering a bridging visa B, but worried that if it gets rejected she wont be allowed back in the country. Anyone else done this?
