Hi all,
Just seeking some clarification if anyone is doing this at the moment or has gone through this? My partner is on a 820 temporary visa. We brought her daughter back from Thailand with us to join our family. She is currently here on a 600 visitor visa which I'm assuming is a multiple entry visa.
The day we arrived back from Thailand I sent her application for the 445 dependent child visa to Perth for processing. We have received an acknowledgement of receipt of the application. So now the big question.
What happens next? Is there a bridging visa that she will receive in the meantime? As its a paper application we have no idea whats happening with it as its not linked to my immi account.
She has now been here for 4 weeks so any information at all would be extremely appreciated.
