Hi There,

I'm on a 457 Visa, currently processing my sponsorship transferred to a new employer. Do I have to stop working for my current employer as soon the new nomination is approved by immigration ? Or can I work for the current employer for couple of more weeks to serve the notice period?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Bunna

You can only work for one employer and that is the one whose nomination is in effect at the time . Once the new nomination has been approved, your 457 visa will continue under your new employer's business, and they will take over the 457 obligations from the previous employer.
