Hey guys,

I will apply for my Permanent Residency in January and after it, to celebrate, I am Taking 50 working days holidays.

A mix of:
  • 20 days => Annual Leave
  • 30 days =>Unpaid leave.

I am doing some research regarding the unpaid leaves & TSMIT (Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold).
I would not like to breach my current 457 visa conditions as I am paid only $55k / annum.

So I was wondering how does that work?
Is it only an employment contract condition or it can also be a breach of my visa? The last thing I want it's my visa to be canceled, of course!
