Hi,

I have an employer willing to sponsor, however they have said that for the 457 there is a 5 year work experience requirement for management consultants, which I cannot find on the government website.

Anyone able to direct me?

That is incorrect. The business must have at least a turnover of $1 million and at least 5 employees.
