Hi currently I am on 461 visa getting expired next year. My partner is eligible for applying for Australia PR but he is not applying. I am stuck on this visa nor i can apply PR on my own basis.
I have s daughter which is nz citizen. Can I apply for any kind if Nz permanent visa. Please guide me.
Also what happens if your partner dies in this situation do I have to be on 461 visa entire my life. ?
