My fiance completed and submitted the application for PMV form 47sp. I am the sponsor and completing now the form 40sp. There is a question asking "is the sponsor known by any other names?" My fiance answered
no but i realised that the question was refering to spelling of the name too. My surname in the documents from the country i was born is by 2 letters different from how is spelled in my Australian documents. I feel that the correct answer to this question in my situation is yes. Is that right?
