485 visa refusal
Hi.
I got a refusal notification on my 485 visa as I did not apply for NPC. I was told that I have to leave the country and apply for a new visa to re-enter Australia to re-apply visa 485. My student visa expired on the 30th Sept and am currently on a bridging visa which ceases in 32 days. Could I return on a tourist visa and thus lodge a new application on visa 485?

The primary 485 visa applicant must be in Australia at the time of application.isnt that possible to apply for the 485 while you are outside of australia?
