Hi all,

Do we need to attach again the documents that we had previously attached during 801 process?
I mean supposdly this is an extensiom application sonthey should be able to refer back tonprevious one, right?

The 801 permanent stage is kind of like a new application. You go into your immi account and fill out a new form, it doesn't cost anything, submit that and then attach proof. You need to prove you are in a genuine and ingoing relationship. It is like the 820, same kind of proof, but from the time of 820 visa grant until 801 application date.
