Hi everyone, first time poster here. We've tried to look for the information online, on here and have called twice and can't get an answer.

For the 801 Second Stage, I (the application) has completed my form for the second stage, but we can't tell if my partner (the sponsor) also needs to fill out a new form in her immi account or just upload her statutory declaration in under her uploads section in my immi account.

Can anyone help? We are really struggling to find out if we have done everything correct.

We have uploaded all the evidence to show we are in a continuing relationship etc. we just don't know if the sponsor also has to complete an online application form like I have for second stage.

Any help is very much appreciated!

Same situation here

Hi there,

We have exactly the same question. We havent been able to figure this out but we are going to complete the Sponsor Form for now, just in case. :D

If you figure it out please let me know. I will do the same.

Thanks,

When you say the sponsor form, do you mean the online one exactly the same as completed in the initial 820 application?

Correct, we will do the same online sponsorship form we did for 820. Just make sure you link the reference number of your new applicants form to the Sponsorship Form.

Im not sure if this is correct, but we guess that its better to have more docs than less .

Let me know if you find out anything.
Thanks!

Nightmare that's its not absolutely clear anywhere. I'll let you know if we find out anything. We did call the helpline, and they said we don't need to but she was really vague, and didn't seem to understand what we were asking!
