Hi all,

My partner and I are currently preparing to upload documentation for the second stage of his partner visa.

I'm struggling to find information about how the evidence we provide for the 801 partner visa differs to the 820 partner visa.

Do we both need to do relationship stat decs detailing the development of relationship etc again? or just the applicant?

And my most burning question (as getting the evidence together is taking longer than I expected...)- how long do we have to upload the documentation?

I am little paranoid that there is a specific timeframe we have to do it within (my partner became eligible on 04/08/2018).

You should get it in as close as possible to the eligibility date.

Answer yes and yes to get to the links for the checklist. It's pretty clear what's required if you read both of them (there's a long one and then a one page checklist).

I did find one of those documents, but not the checklist, so many thanks Skybluebrewer!

We're attempting to get it in ASAP, but it is proving tricky with our witnesses. Fingers crossed we can get it in within the next two weeks . We'll just start to upload the documents that we have in the meantime.
