Very desperate for your help, please help.

I'm overseas at the moment and my 801 has been refused saying my evidences aren't enough.
What do I do now? What visa am I on now?
Can I come back into Australia asap to apply an appeal (aat) ?
How long do I get to appeal ?
What are my options please help.
Thanks in advance.

Im sure all the options available to you would be on the refusal letter you received from Home Affairs

You are on no visa. If you had have been in Australia when it was refused they would have granted you a BVA.

Any appeal rights will be in the refusal letter and will tell you how long you have to appeal. If you do not appeal in this time you will need to submit and pay for a fresh application.

It would be normal practice for the agent to provide you with a copy of the decision letter and to advise you of your options.

Only if you have a valid visa. I'm sure your migration agent can explain all this to you. Undoubtedly you told them you were going offshore and they would have advised you of potential consequences if your visa was refused while you were offshore ?
