Hey, just wondering if PSA documents must be sent directly to the embassy still, when the application is an onshore one i.e. may not be processed by the Manila embassy?

We uploaded scans already, but recently found some info saying birth/marriage certificates from PSA must be sent directly to the embassy and only those will be accepted...

If it's done onshore, most likely there is no need (or option) to send from PSA direct to Australia.

Worst case is that IMMI will ask for another copy which will delay the process a bit (can't tell how long since you won't be in the loop).
