Yippee! So the day finally arrive and they granted our 820 visa and 801 visa same day. It's been 1 year 9 months since application was submitted. We are so happy!

Now I have a silly question...Is there anything you need to do after it's been granted? They did both 820/801....so I am assuming I will not need to upload more evidence at the 2 year mark for the 801? Just making sure I don't miss anything?

Also on side note, it was completed by an embassy officer in Cairo. Thought that was interesting.

You can ignore the 820 as it was replaced by the 801. Read the entire grant letter thoroughly and make note of the dates. No, you don't have to do anything for Stage 2 PR eligibility because you already have PR. You're done with the partner visa process.

Visas can be processed anywhere these days.
