Hello everyone I'm back again, I just need some advice regarding my visa 820/801 it's been 2 years and 1 month processing already but they ask more docs 2nd stat Dec, about my relationship with my ex husband because we just married 2016 and not even a year our relationship breaks down because of domestic violence, but before we get married we were in a relationship since 2012,and 4 times apply tourist visa and then we decided to get married 2016,so my question is, is it possible to grant my 801 visa? Even were not together? I was also worried that he gave a false statement to out agent and not match to my answer about our relationship get started because he doesn't remember all the dates and place where we exactly meet.because he has a really bad memory and car accident long time ago, And I was worried that my visa will refused because of false answer, but just in case will refused, can I apply another visa? So I can still stay here? We not devorse yet,. Hope you guys help me thanks
