Hello everyone,

Is it necessary to do a simple write up on previous relationship/s, for example if either one of the partners is still married on paper but have been separated for more than a year, and during that time have been in de fecto relationship?

Thank you :)

If I remember correctly, there's a question about previous de facto or married relationships. There's probably a drop down menu to select something like "separated" and I think I recall a place to enter the dates the previous relationships ended.

Thank you for your response. Yes, you have a good memory :) There is, its just that it may need more explaining. So thought can address this in the cover letter. De facto requirement accepts a partner that is separated but not divorced. Do you think its necessary to explain this or leave it as it is ?

Thanks heaps :)
