Hey everyone!

I applied for my partner visa in May 2017, and I have finally been assigned a case officer. She requested I do my medicals and also to send her a response in writing.

In her letter, she said "You must respond to this request within 28 days after you are taken to have received this letter. You should provide your response in writing.
Send your response to me using the contact details provided below.
As this letter was sent to you by email, you are taken to have received it at the end of the day it was transmitted.
If you do not reply within the timeframe specified above your application may be decided without the Department taking any further action to obtain the requested information. If you are unable to provide this information within this time you should contact us using the contact details provided below."

The only contact information I can find is the email [email protected] which seems to be a general email. I already emailed this address and got an automatic response. In addition, the case officer only provided her first name, so I haven't had any luck searching for her personal email.

Is this standard and am I supposed to just reply to the general email address? If not, how would I go about contacting her? I sent the reply 23 days ago and included the case officer's name and the position number. I asked a couple of questions and was hoping for a reply which I didn't get yet, and now I'm starting to worry I don't have the right contact details. I also sent another email 4 days ago with an attachment showing that I completed and passed my medicals with no reply yet either.

The 28 day time frame they gave me is almost up. I don't want to mess things up so close to the finish line! What can I do?

You can also upload a document to your immi account with your compliance details.

Call the file "requested information from Case Officer".

Not getting a reply to a question, while rude is very very common.
