Hi guys,
We have encountered the issue that my wife's first 820 visa application has breached the schedule 3 regulation (without a substantive visa when we applied) because she was holding a bridging visa while waiting for her visitor visa application. Thus, now we have uploaded the visa withdrawal form and going to apply again.
Q1: May I know normally how long the visa withdrawal will take?
Q2: Are we able to lodge a new partner visa when we still waiting for our previous application to be withdrawn?
