It's just the rules, the visa clearly states that you must have being residing together as de facto for a minimum of 12 months at the time of applying, or if you are in a state that allows you to register your relationship then do so before application (Not all states do this, I know WA doesn't).Thanks Tashpotato. Shame Might take your advice and contact our immigration lawyer. They said at the beginning it should be fine so now I am unsure.
How do you know of this? Has this happened to you or do you know of any others that it has happened to?
If for example you lived together before, then were apart for a while due to extreme circumstances then you have to provide compelling evidence as to why.
You said "He moved over here for me in Nov 2014 we just didn't live together" - Had you met before then as a de facto couple?
