Hi all,

Regarding 820 onshore partner visa application, does anyone know what documents are required to uploaded by the applicant while making the initial application? I.e is marriage certificate, or any other evidence documents required?

Likewise for the sponsor, are there any documents the sponsor would need to upload?

You need to provide evidence the relationship is genuine, covering social and financial aspects, nature of commitment and nature of household. There are many threads on this forum detailing examples of what kind of evidence people provided in these categories. Do a search and you're sure to find a bucketload.
