I just applied for my 820 defacto visa ONSHORE and am ready to upload evidence...

I see there are several similar categories to upload evidence as well as the same Document Type options for different categories...

For example, the "Evidence of Birth or Age" category has 'Passport' as document type as well as the "Evidence of Citizenship" category. Both have passport options.
1. Do you upload passport several times or should one section be sufficient? .

I'm not sure how to organize this... Should I just upload repeatedly?

Also, we lived apart for 9 months so we have travel documents such as flights, boarding passes...as evidence of us visiting eachother. 2. Should that be placed under "travel document" cateogry or "contact while apart evidence".

It seems there are very similar categories and the same evidence can be provided for more than one category. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you v much!

1) Only upload a document once - Passport as you note can go in either of those.
2) That is contact while apart - a travel document is like an ID card etc.

Make sure you collate your evidence - so put all of your flights, boarding passes in a single document - else you ill run out of space very quickly. Always upload the essentials first - passport, birth certificate etc.
