My stepson is applying for an 835 remaining relative visa.
He's in a relationship with a French woman, still living in France.
He owns a business and lives in Queensland.
Can he include his girlfriend in his application, with the plan that she comes to Australia so they can develop their relationship further?
His only remaining relatives are his mother (my wife) and sister, both living in Australia, both PRs.
His girlfriend is an only child; her parents live in France.
Any advice would be appreciated.
