My parents are in Australia on family sponsored visitor visa mutiple entry with 8503 and 8531 conditions. Their will expire after 1year. If they apply for 8503 waiver now, Will that request be rejected on basis that still they have 1year left on visa. And they should apply near visa expiry? Many thanks in advance.

Yes the reason being my wife is pregnent and I have a 8months old daughter. My wife cannt manage all of this alone. Even in future with 1infant and one daughter. Thats why i am applying for waiver.Are there compassionate and compelling circumstance to justify a waiver that arose AFTER the visas was granted?
But my question is can i apply for waiver anytime? Or only near expiry of visa? My parents visa still valid for one year. Can i apply for waiver now?
