Hi Mark. Can I able to apply 189 skill independent for permanent residency as an accountant from 866 protection visa. Is there any obligation to do that? My entry was as a student but due to some circumstances, I am not able to go back to my home country. My 866 visa is pending and I am on bridging visa A. Please help me with your valuable advice. Thanks in advance.
