88 Days Farm Work

My partner is currently doing her 88 days farm work, so that she may be able to apply for a second year on her Work and Holiday visa, to extend her stay while we apply for her Partner Visa here.

She is working on what I assume is a piecewise rate. She was paid for $60 for 8 hours (an average of $7.50/hr) - is this right? What happened to the minimum wage? I read $23.66 somewhere. 8 hours is also full-time rate, and as far as I know, weekends are expected to be taken off for full-time work but still count as worked days, but her employer does not allow this.

Can someone please provide clarification on these issues? Thank you.

In terms of getting a visa it doesn't matter, you are getting the evidence of the work.
In terms of money check the award.
My wife did raspberry picking which was per punnet but the way they did it they never got less than the minimum wage, as you said 24 a hour.
