I live in the UK. My Australian friend that lives in the UK will complete and sign the 88 form. Who can be a witness to the signature? Does the witness have to be certified in Australia or can the be a UK qualified professional on the list of qualified professions. For example, can he get a UK qualified lawyer to witness his signature?
