Hi All,

We're in a process of putting everything together for visa 100 and I have some questions regarding the following:

Question 12: Countries visited

My wife's previous job was a flight attendant and we were still living apart after visa 309 was granted. Do we list countries that she visited from a point of view of the country she was living in, in this case it was Abu Dhabi. Or do we list countries she visited using Australia as a country of residence?

Question 13: Reducing violence in the community

It states that national police checks is required from a sponsor. But what about the applicant?

12 list all the country's she has been in, including australia and AD - gets rid of any ambiguity.

13 both the sponsor and the applicant will need to supply police checks at some point in the application.
