I've been filling up all the details in the first 4 step, but when I go to next step the system appear this message

An error has occurred
"The related application details provided cannot be verified, check the details and amend if necessary. The applicant will not be able to continue and should review the eligibility information on our website."

I don't know why, also I've double check all the details i fill up

at a guess you haven't set submitted the applicants application.

Like Aussie83 said. Has the applicant paid for and submitted their application? The sponsor cannot continue through the online form until that happens.

NO, I've just started to fill up the form tonight, stage 1 and stage 2 haven't' been finished yet.

So if I finish all the documents and stage 1 and stage 2's form I can go back to the sponsorship submit? Am I correct?

The applicant should only be doing the Stage 1 form. Stage 2 is done two years after the Stage 1 application.

So once the Stage 1 application is paid for and submitted, the sponsor can complete the online sponsorship form.

Once Stage 1 visa has been approved (assuming you're doing a 309/100 or 820/801 app) AND after 2 years have passed since applying for Stage 1, then the Stage 2 can be completed.
