Hi everyone,

I'm tha main applicant on 491. I will get divorced in a few months. I would like to know if I can add another person to my 491 after divorce is finalized or if there is a waiting period that needs to be served?

I'm currently serving the one year separation period but have someone else in my life who I would like to add to my visa.

I have looked into this but it doesn't talk about adding someone to 491 immediately after divorce? I have searched a lot
