Hi there,

Just a quick question about updating my residential address. If I have got my PR granted, do I still need to fill out the Form 1022 and send it back to them? Or can I update it online via ImmiAccount?

When I read the Form 1022, it says "You do not have to notify the department of any changes in your circumstances that occurred after you were granted your visa". So I am confused.

No need to update your address or anything else after you get PR with the exception of your passport.

Thank you for the reply. I also got the email response from a Decision Support Officer that I can fill out the form 929 and email back? It's getting more confusing now....

After I got PR I didn't notify any change of address.
The only notification really needed would be the Change of passport details, when applicable, on Form 929. I am not sure that I even did that. RRV applications would keep them updated.

Thank you all. Yes, you're right as to no need to update the address after PR as I finally got the confirmation from the Immi office too.
