Hey Hi there,
My partner resides in the states and we’re planning marriage and starting the process of a visa application.
We will most likely use a lawyer to maximise her chances of a successful application.
Sadly tho in the last 6 weeks she has been diagnosed with an ongoing illness which will definitely decrease her chances.
Obviously we are devastated it’s such a cruel blow to our plans
Anyway I’ve done some research and it’s not a total deal breaker
Does anyone have any advice regarding a lawyer that specialises in the medical side of an application.
Any and all advice would be very appreciated
