Hi All,

My wife applied partner visa 309 about 4 months back. Last week she got a mail from the case officer for her health check up as well as:

1. Provide evidence of any basis on which you and your spouse plan and undertake joint social activities.

2. Provide evidence that whether you and your spouse see the relationship as a long-term one

I dont even understand what these mean and what kind of document i can provide.

we have our honeymoon trip hotel receipts, transportation receipts, a couple of group picture of social events since we got married. We have been married for over 1 year only and then i came to australia as i have a PR visa. How can we prove the above two scenarios?

Any help would be much appreciated.

N.B.; she is living in Bangladesh, not with me at this moment

If you don't understand what they mean, then you will be best advised to swiftly engage a good Registered Migration Agent. They might be able to salvage the application.

It seems immigration doubt your relationship is genuine.
