Hi all,
I am new to this forum and thought I'd reach out to see if there are any fellow New Zealanders going the partnership visa route in an effort to gain permanent residence. I have been in Australia since I was a child. We immigrated in 2003 just after the laws were changed, so unfortunately my options for PR are very limited. Is anyone else in a similar boat? Would love to hear from anyone in a similar situation and how they have found the process. I am hoping my 820 application will go smoothly as it is an on-shore application and I am effectively able to reside / work here indefinitely anyway.
