Hi guys,
So My visa187 has just got refused. With this visa I was granted with bridging visaC. I have applied for a review.

I was told that I should apply for partner visa309 rather than fight for this 187.

Now I m wondering whether there s any visa I can apply for in order to travel out n come back with the same right in BVC for like a month( to attend family issue. And might apply for partner 309 during the time offshore.so I can stay here while waiting for partner visa)

What do u think will be my best choice in this situation? Pretty desperate and sad . ATM:(

Thank u guys

Currently the probability of a 187 being refused is about 1/2, and in some cases for apparently trivial reasons.

For what it is worth, you cannot be granted a bridging visa B (the travel visa) unless you hold a bridging visa A or B.

Where are you getting your advice.

Trying to recover your situation by seeking advice on a public forum might not be your best strategy.

If you apply offshore for an Offshore visa such as a 309/100, then you will not be granted any bridging visa. You can only lodge an application onshore to receive a bridging visa. However I agree with the agent who has posted, you need to consult a registered Australian migration agent as your circumstances are complex.

Best of luck.
