Hi everyone, I applied to VETTASSES Australia for a skill assessment as a customer service manager .I currently work in a bank on that job role but got a negative outcome with reason that my documents do not show a dedicated customer service management role as many of my tasks performed contributed to the ongoing daily operation s of a bank.
I am considering going for an appeal but I feel insecure about it .I need advise on how to go about the appeal and would appreciate if anyone that has gone through an appeal to VETTASSES could kindly share their experience .
The negative outcome has really effected me emotionally as this job role is something I have done for 9years plus ....I need help please
