Is it possible to make the PMV application from the UK with the divorce still not yet finalised?
Delays have been appalling, with documents in hand of official petition in January 2018, a missing date caused the thing to come back much later then resubmitted, and then with the judge from Sep 2nd. Still waiting on the decree nisi.
The divorce is not been challenged. This is a procedural delay and the PMV is very strong in terms of proving the relationship is length, incredibly committed and ongoing. Everything else in ready to be included. And the latest we should receive the absolut should be December/January.
As there is a child involved, for which we have all the required documentation to make the move legally, we are desperate to be together as a family after such a long wait. And plan to soon get visitor visas for 12 months, knowing they will have to leave once they expire, if the PMV hasnt been granted by that point. And then wait for the PMV or another visitor visa.
Is this possible?
