Application for Visa 300 (Prospective Marriage Visa) with a Visa 143 (Contributory Parent Visa) Holder Sponsor

Good day to Everyone!

I have my partner back in overseas and is now planning to apply her to stay here with me in Australia.

I am a Contributory Parent Visa (DEPENDENT) Holder. I got it from my brothers sponsoring our parents and I am a dependent from them on the visa.
I got it in two stages.

I had my Visa 173 (Contributory Parent Visa -- Temporary) back in August 1, 2018
and was granted Visa 143 (Contributory Parent Visa -- Permanent) back in July 14, 2021

Now, I'm trying to get a grasp of the Visa 300 (Prospective Marriage) and reading the requirements, I saw that Contributory Parent Visa Holders may be refused due to this factors:

My questions are:

1. Does these restrictions applies to me who is a Dependent from 143 Visa? I assume that this restriction only applies to the Main Applicant of the visa, so it would be a huge help if someone clears this up to me.
2.In my case, does the 5 years count starts from when I got my Temporary Visa back at 2018 or when I became a Permanent Resident in 2021?

Hope someone can help me on my Inquiries.

Thanks a lot!

When did your relationship start with your partner?

If before Aug 2018, did you mention that in the application?

I can't be certain, but they do mention Permanent Resident or Australian citizen, a lot in the subclass 300.

I assume you have also considered the subclass 309?

I am guessing the date your relationship started might have some bearing on the options.
Hi!
I appreciate the response.

I never had any defacto relationship or got married before August 2018 as I was only 18y/o that time and was dependent to my parents on this 173/143 visa.

Our relationship started back in 2022.
We are not married yet that is why I’m currently looking at this Prospective Marriage Visa.

Just puzzled about this 5yr restriction and if it does applies to me, could not find answers anywhere.
The way I read that statement, the 5 years applies if your relationship started before that visa was granted.

If your partner was your spouse or de facto partner before we granted you that visa, and
it has been less than 5 years since we granted you that visa.

You gained permanent on 14 July 2021, and started the relationship in 2022.

It looks like that statement does not apply to you.
