Hi all,

My husband is a dual citizen (Australian passport and Syria citizen).
We applied for a U.S. non-immigrant visa and was denied ineligible for a nonimmigrant visa under Section 212(a)(2)(A)(i)(II). (due to small offences.. driving

We then applied for waiver to the Department of Homeland Security and waiting for an answer.

Question: how long is the wait? Also has any one else have experience similar experience?
