Hey Guys, I seek advice about correct time to apply for 887 visa, my case as follows :
I hold granted visa 489, my first entry (with family) was on 3/ 2017, we stayed 1 month then return back to our home country.
We arrived in Australia again in 10/ 2017 to settle down.
I started full-time work in 12/2017.(by 12/2018 will complete one year)

My question is:
1- Can I (or my family) apply for PR in 3/2019 (2 years after 1st entry) ? or I need to wait till 10/2019 (2 years after full settle down)?

I live and work in a regional area as per visa condition

You must have lived in a regional or low population-growth metropolitan area for at least two years.

So you must start counting from October 2017. You would not have any evidence of having lived in Australia from March to October 2017 (rent receipts, bills, bank statements, payslips etc. etc.)
